What is an orthopaedic Fellowship?
Fellowship programs offer orthopedic surgeons the opportunity to undergo focused, supervised training in a particular subfield within orthopedic surgery. The aim is to enable surgeons to enhance their surgical expertise in a specific area through hands-on experience provided by a designated senior supervisor and institution. These programs are typically pursued after completing accredited orthopedic training.
Dr Aidan Cleary has completed an AOA (Australian Orthopaedic Association) accredited fellowship in hip and knee joint replacement surgery focusing on robotics.
